The Queen is 96 years old

She’s been our Monarch for 70 years now, it’s been told

The longest reigning Monarch throughout history

Her reign has seen many troubles, but she has consistency

To celebrate her longevity, and her Platinum jubilee

The whole country will have parties, the young and elderly

There will be events, street parties, all kinds of things

After the years of Pandemic, people need some happiness and joy this will bring

Buntings will be festooned and tables will be laid

People will bring sandwiches and cakes they have made

All kinds of food will be eaten on this day

What fun everyone will have and the children will play

Memories will be made and they will have a great time

The Queen and her family will enjoy this and in luxury she will dine

She deserves to have fun and enjoy her day

Hope she has many more years, I must say.
